Strawberry Lemonade

Strawberry Lemonade
Ingredients:

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cup sliced strawberries
-
1 cup ice
-
2/3 cup sugar
-
5 cup cold water
Directions:
-
Put lemon juice, strawberries, and ice into a blender.

Blend until slushy.
-
Pour slush into a large pitcher.
-
Add sugar and water.
-
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Pinwheel Sandwiches
Ingredients:
-
6-8 flour tortillas
-
1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
-
12 slices of deli meat
-
12 slices of cheese AND/OR 2 cups grated cheese
-
4 oz (1/2 cup) fresh basil
Optional
-
sliced peppers
-
red lettuce leaf
-
pesto sauce
-
chopped tomatoes
-
olives
-
green onions
Directions:
-
Mix cream cheese and seasonings together. Spread mixture on each tortilla.

Place two slices of meat on top of the cream cheese mixture.
-
Add cheese and any other "optional" ingredients.
-
Roll up tortillas tightly and wrap in saran wrap in fridge for 2 hours or overnight.

Cut rolls into 1 inch slices.
Banana Bread
Ingredients:

1/2 cup margarine
-
1 cup sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
2 eggs
-
2 or 3 large bananas
-
1 tsp baking soda
-
1 tsp baking powder
-
1 container (100 g) yogurt or apple sauce
-
2 cups flour
Optional
-
1 cup chocolate chips
-
3/4 cup walnuts
Directions:

Mash bananas.

Cream margarine, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add mashed bananas.

Dissolve baking soda in yogurt/apple sauce. Add to mix.

Mix flour and baking powder.
-
Add chocolate chips and/or walnuts.
-
Bake in 4x9 inch loaf pan at 350° for 60 minutes.
